Every Wednesday we will be working within community to allow women the safe space and an opportunity to connect with one another, giving the space, time & release and relax. At the moment we are in the Lodge room 4 in Park Avenue Southall but very soon we will be moving to a larger space to accommodate more women, we are fully booked and have a waiting list every week.
